Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Trusts & Estates attorneys. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and interested in pursuing a career in the legal profession.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-office position with competitive pay and benefits.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys
  • Prepare and manage legal documents and client communications
  • Coordinate new client onboarding and maintain records
  • Manage calendars, calls, and correspondence
  • Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle filing, mail distribution, and document organization
  • Assist with firm systems, data entry, and CRM management
  • Support additional attorneys as needed

Qualifications
  • Strong writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional, proactive, and able to take initiative

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative experience (law firm preferred)
  • College degree
  • Familiarity with California court filings and probate processes
  • Experience with estate planning, trust administration, or probate
  • Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits
  • $30.00–$38.00/hour (DOE)
